NUSA PENIDA(DRIFT DIVE)

Travel a short distance by car to Tanjung Benoa then one hour by boat until you reach Nusa Penida Island. Experience the crystal clear warm water, vibrant coloured coral & have the chance to spot a mola mola or manta shark. The current is usually strong and you will mainly drift along with the boat following to pick you up at the end of your dive. Visiblity is 25-40 metres and maximum depth is 50 metres.

MENJANGAN ISLAND (WALL DIVE)

With a 3-4 hour drive up the entire west coast of Bali this makes for a long day but will be well worth it when you reach Bali’s top diving spot. Menjangan Island is located off the north-west tip of Bali and a further 20 minute boat ride will get you to this famous destination. With normally no current, visibility up to 40 metres and a white sandy bottom to enhance the colour of fish and coral this makes for a perfect diving experience. See rich colourful coral, turtles and a variety of reef fish.

GILI TEPEKONG (SHARK POINT)

Approximately 1 hours 15 minutes by car from Nusa Dua will take you to the northeast of Bali then 20 minutes by boat to small island called Gili Tepekong. Here is the place you are most likely to see a shark in Bali. Gili Tepekong also has a wide variety of colourful fish, coral and turtles and Mola mola often be seen here. Water visibility is about 15-25 meters, coral grows from 3 meters slopes down to 30 meters. Some corals grow on walls down to 50 meters.

PADANG BAY DIVE

Travel time is approximately 2 hours up along the east coast of Bali to Padang Bay then travel 10 minutes off the coast by boat. The flat floor is covered with sea grass and algae with branching clumps of coral. Visibility is 10-15 metres. See  ghost pipe fish, shrimp, frog fish and the occasional wobbegong shark.

The largest of the 3 Islands & the furthest from Bali, Nusa Penida is over 200km2 with a population of around 45 000. Although large in size Nusa Penida has not been built up as a tourist area due to lack of resources. The coast offers many hidden snorkelling areas and a visit to the village gives insight into how the locals live.

After being fully briefed you will enjoy a short boat ride off the coast of Sanur. You will then lower yourself off of the boat and down a ladder to a depth of up to 10 metres.
